Learning Experience Designer
Working as the Game Designer and Learning Experience Designer. I designed the game dynamics and aesthetics using hand sketches, Figma, Generative AI, and Photoshop.
Taking 'Litigation' from concept to completion showcased my ability to ship products end to end. Starting with initial sketches, we refined the game mechanics and dynamics through iterative design and rounds of playtesting.
I managed a large volume of content through a streamlined system that ensured efficiency and organization. Initially using Google Sheets for content production and coordination, I facilitated the creation of game materials. I then transitioned this content to Figma for design and prototyping, maintaining consistency and quality throughout.
My systematic approach allowed for seamless collaboration, easy access for team members, and precise version control. My meticulous content management was key to delivering a polished and cohesive final product, showcasing my ability to handle complex projects with precision and efficiency.
I applied a blend of learning theories and game design principles to transform the gameplay into a learning experience. Drawing on constructivism, I focused on allowing players to build their understanding through active participation and realistic scenarios.
The MDA framework guided my design process, ensuring the mechanics, dynamics, and aesthetics worked harmoniously to create meaningful gameplay. I also incorporated the principles of serious games and common design philosophy to encourage players to internalize and transfer game-modeled beliefs and behaviors to real-life contexts.
